You can make your memory less impaired if it sucks cause of sleep nutrition lack poor lifestyle etc, but you canโ€™t make it better than what you have naturally

Spend time in nature, avoid any receeational entertainment, delete or severely limit apps

Sorry ill be coherent

Essentially in general nearly all people get short bursts of motivation or happiness, use these upticks in emotions to do forced stuff, for example going really far away from your home, When you eventually become un motivated youre forced to go back to your home.

You can do this in other ways for example putting your phone in the school locker or other similar stuff getcreative wit it
