Coloring. if you dont want to dye your hair, Use topical minoxidil to grow out your eyebrows and dye them few shades darker than your hair, bimatoprost(latisse) to grow out eyelashes and also dye them a darker color.
also the haircut in the second image looks a lot better, you look like an imbecile with the first haircut
really easy softmaxxes that will make a big difference.
