How to improve MOUTH harmony?

I think I have a wide palate (10 tooth smile) but since I have 2.2 fwhr my mouth looks narrow? Also my upper lip is a couple of mms narrower than my lower lip and it looks weird. Probably doesnt look as bad as I described it.
