How to improve my cooked eye area

Always felt eye area lets me down heavily, currently cope by wearing glasses and everyone says i look much better with glasses on than without so.. Would be helpful to know all the flaws and what i need to do to fix

bad eye color, bad uee, eye bags
lower lashes could be darker and longer

You can't fix anything nigger. The only thing you can do is being healthy. Everything else is copd
