you can't change much other than using ice to reduce puffiness. Surgery for eyes is event risky.

since you are 15 you could get a regular tooth borne expander and achieve maybe if you pray hard enough to gandhi 1degree of positive canthal tilt, and a bit of zygomatic arch projection, or just wait to be older and do MSE like MARPE or SARPE and get 100% zygomatic bone remodeling and probably some eye area changes
