how to improve my eye area open to surgeries

Any advise how to improve my eye area?
open to surgery advise

i have figured out i should get fat grafting for my upper eyelids and infraorbital implants and canthoplasty too any reply would be helpful

It's probably because of your lack of supra Who makes your orbit look bulging

But clearly you have sclera show and may need a lower eyelid rétraction

yeah ik my supras aren't the best the. best but getting supra orbital implants are risky hence why im going for infras instead then do you have any advice for me to get good results without having supra orbital implants

orbital decompression +supras. this is what I've been told but risks too high so I was thinking infra. orbital rim implants fat grafting upper and brow lifts blepharoplasty and maybe canthoplasty

2.bilateral ptosis repair
3.infra implants
4.fat grafting supra orbital,browridge,and infras
lateral canthoplaxy
5. lower lid retraction surgery maybe

It can be used for eyebrows aswell which you need to be honest, use Minoxidil, if you want something easier to get use castor oil

I think the best way to maximise ur eye area is to have thick eye brows thick eye lashes and squint js a little if ur eye lids show

Mine also has a lot of fixing to do but yk we’re prob on the same level
