How to improve my eye area

I thought my eye area was good because I have colored eyes but I don’t think it is anymore, how can I improve it especially upper eyelid exposure because I think that’s one of the biggest problems but I’m not sure, and my eyes always have red veins unless I use Lumify but it’s such a force and I always forget to use it, what can I do to overall improve my eye area
