My gonial angle sort of makes my jaw wide in the front but I don’t think there’s a fix for lateral chin growth, only genioplasty for forward growth. Any hardmaxx u know?

Ur chin is almost as wide as ur mouth, I would not try to get a wider chin.

Sure you would improve ur jaw chin ratio (which isn't bad right now) but ruin other ratios.

Ur chin and mandible continue to grow into ur early 20s so genioplasty where they can split the chin I would hold off on. Implants are low risk but I would still wait a couple of years.
