Berebrine 1.5g ed

Any tips are appreciated ! just worried abt letrozole bc i read somewhere that its bad for the brain and sleep??

1.25mg of letrozole eod is a heavy dose used for adults. Not teens. Estrogen is essential in the brain for neuroprotection, memory formation. Crashing estrogen leads to severe brain fog, depressive symptoms, anxiety, insomnia and joint pain.
Running GHRP-2 paired with your Sermorelin with your doses is extremely high. GHRP-2 at this frequency elevates prolactin and cortisol, causing water bloat and mood swings and more stress.
While Berberine helps, taking 1.5g daily at age 15 can cause gi distress..
niacin 500mg before injections causes heavy histamine release so your skin is red and it burns which can impair fasting blood glucose control overtime. Don't do zinc long-term though, as this can cause secondary copper deficiency.
Please first get blood work before taking ANYTHING. Measure: Estradiol (E2), Total & Free Test, IGF-1, Prolactin & Cortisol and comprehensive metabolic panel (liver/kidney). Don't do what your doing in puberty. Don't take anything until you have the blood work done.

There's zero evidence of what you just said about estrogen here except joint pain

Cortisol upregulation is mild, same with prolactin

Berberine GI stress is not that deep

Zinc can be supplemented with copper
