How to improve my ugly face

How the fuck do i fix my awful face. Im 6’1 with a good physique but i hate my face. How to improve my long philtrum and negative ct? Also want to have a sharper face. I’m cutting atm so that will help but i want it to be more pronounced. Also my hair i know looks like shit. i have very straight thin hair and usually it looks better but because of the hair type sometimes it’s just shit. I can also grow some facial hair but it tends to look better clean shaven. Lmk what you guys think i should start with, no surgies please as im under 18 so i cant really do that. I’m willing to do any drugs needed as well

leanmaxx and get longer hair, besides that nothing really else, you dont look bad tho i would say avg

ur balding so get some minox and ru and maybe some dht blocker if u want , grow your brows / lashes , reshape your brows so the canthal tilt isn’t as bad looking , get leaner
