I want to get into going to the gym, but i ideally don't want to loose to too much weight, but instead become broad, strong and powerful. I don't care about visible abs or anything. Just want to be able to easily throw my girl around.
Do you guys have any advice on what kind of training plan to follow, for how much calories and protein I should strive?
