Be prepared - I've always been very nervous in public speaking when I hadn't actually properly prepared what I would be talking about. I always end up with a shaky voice because I know that my presentation probably sounds retarded. Come in to class prepared with your arguments, practice it in front of a mirror multiple times, and then when you're giving your presentation just focus on your words and not the crowd in front of you.
