How to improve quiet voice and low T behavior at parties?

Was at a party last night and my 6’2 Indian mogger buddy (HTN but Chadlite for curry) jokingly said “quiet down over there” to me and my other buddies while he was chatting with this chick who a couple of us were interested in. Two of the guys in my group instantly said “you shut up” and “hey why don’t you quiet down” but I didn’t say anything because I couldn’t think of what to say. Can you actually improve what’s wrong with me? Or is it just subconscious law of the jungle submitting? Shits gay and I am sick of it tbh I need alpha training

It really is. I’m a 6ft lanklet with low Mtn face but am actually funny, meanwhile my buddy is loud and talks a lot but uses the corniest jokes and still chicks eat up. They laugh sincerely at my shit but with his jokes it’s like a fake laugh because his jokes are delivered with emphasis on the half entertaining punchline

Also I’m more worried that I couldn’t think of anything to say. I turn into such a beta faggot at parties I’m sick of it

Yeah man I was really buzzed last night it didn’t really help me as much as it normally does but I’ve always been cowardly when faced with even half jokingly confrontation. My T levels are 560 last checked, idk just abused dog syndrome. It’s fucked

kinda the same for me, even when drunk i cant relax when talking to ppl i sober up immeditely

Voice is genetic as well but Philly lowered his vocal range and voice by abusing drugs.
