how to improve ramus visibility

i have to flex my neck like an autist for me to see clearly see my mandibular angularity and ramus length even though i'm pretty lean.
when i'm relaxed my hyoid is relatively high and i have decent projection/jawline visibility but there's just no angularity and makes my lower third look boyish and lacking in dimo.
it seems like i have the bones but i have nothing to show for it

I think practicing ideal posture and loosing bf% will help a lot
