Get facial reconstruction
 
rhinoplasty would help the most. minor fixes could be makeup on ur nose, and training ur masseters to get a slightly more defined jaw, plumping ur lips would benefit you too. if u get a beard and get hair to cover ur ear you could likely ascend slightly.
