Yeah, my ortho won’t diagnose me with one or something he’s stupid. My teeth are somewhat crooked I’m just confused on how after the longer I’ve had braces the worse my jaw has gotten

its because you have a narrow jaw im assuming and braces dont fix your bones but fix the crowding and it doesent solve the root solution. i bet your palate is narrow like mine and what you (we) really need is a palate expander but good luck getting that if you dont have sleep apnea. narrow jaw causes narrow palate which causes crowding.

I think trimax should do the trick, I'd skip the infras and go for trimax

I also have a narrow palate but I can only breath through one nostril and it switches. You think I can get an expander?

dw I dont need to larp. I actually wake up with headaches and can barely breath through my nose.
