I hate how short my ramus is. I’m pretty sure surgery is the only way out but if anyone has suggestions i’m desperate. I’ve tried my best to train my hyoid as well as masseter. If anyone has suggestions on what to do js lmk

You can't soft max ramus length, it could come throughout puberty. If it doesn't you would have to hardmax to get a longer ramus.
