I guarantee that if you apply most of the advice below your acne will significantly diminish if not be eliminated completely. Before you comment about accutane, know that this drug only addresses the symptoms and not the root of the problem. It suppresses the immune system and allows for more diseases to be developed later on. There is a reason accutane babies come out deformed, it is just not any good for your body
Most effective methods based on my personal experience:
• stop eating processed food
Water, the list gets less watery the further you go
• limit sugar
The most I will eat is a fruit a day, though I rarely crave them. This one is just based on my own experience though and is highly optional. Fruit is good for hydration
• eat more animal products
Meat, eggs, and unheated honey if you crave it
I personally don’t breakout from dairy and digest it well, but if you are lactose intolerant or have found that it worsens your skin, adjust accordingly
• sunbathing/tanning (MOST EFFECTIVE + QUICK)
I feel as though this isn’t talked about enough. Getting sun is one of the best things you can do in general. Your coloring, quality of skin, and mood improve. I’ve also heard it can aid with bone mass development but I can’t say for sure (think natural sunglasses). The sun is not your enemy, it doesn’t age you but actually the complete opposite. As long as you eat enough animal products, especially lots of animal fat, you will be fine. Avoid squinting too much. DO NOT WEAR SUNSCREEN. Skin cancer rates actually increased when sunscreen usage increased. JFL if you think something made in a factory is going to “protect” you from the most natural thing there is. I don’t use tanning oils either. Many animals seek the sun—so should you. I believe everyone looks better with a tan. I’m not saying that darker people look better, but simply that compared to a tanned individual, the untanned version of themselves always look worse and sick even. If I have a special event, I will make sure to catch some rays the day before to guarantee clear skin when I wake up

• eat raw red and orange fruits and vegetables when desired
• wash your face with urine
The only “skincare” I use is beef tallow to moisturize my skin. I recommend to cease use of any other skincare products because it is either useless or actively worsening your acne
