In skin I highly recommend you to start with hydration cream- tret 0,025% then hydration cream again the sandwich method ,is the best skin product for after acne scars or stubborn scars and visible pores
Then hop on 0,5% tret and finally 0,1% tret to minimise side effects such as purging and irritation
Also 15% niacinamide +1% zinc serum and azelaic acid 20% for better texture of skin

To ascend hair it depends on your case you mean norwood scaling problem or simply bad hair quality?

Not at all brah if you do the method above you will not even mention side effects ,if you hop on 0,1% for the first time maybe irritation and dry skin but after some weeks will be gone and you return to normal plus the skin will get better and better

Also salycilic acid 2% serum to exfoliate inside skin pores is also good
