I feel my sleep and diet are messing with overall health and they shouldn’t be too hard to change.

What do you recommend.

I’m 17 and I want to have higher testosterone and overall a more healthier lifestyle.
 
Ask chatgpt, it's not that hard bro, just control bluelight and keep a precise schedule
