How to improve smile and teeth show when talking

I am talking about someone having whats called a 'low lip line' - essentially when they open their mouth or talk their upper teeth dont show

Any ideas? Seem like a lip lift might be the only solution

Yeah a lip lift might be the only option, as for botox I was thinking about that but wouldnt that make it worse as it would cause the lip the relax and cover even more space

maybe itd make it worse. but it does reduce muscle tension which could allow the lip to reveal more teeth

where would the botox be injected for that, below the nose or sides of mouth?

This is a sign of sfs as well i realised, but i dont think that is the case for me
