Talk to them more often whenever you can. I used to be intimidated too, but if you talk to them more and more you’ll get used to it and it’ll be just like talking to one of your friends. Get them to talk about themselves as much as possible.

Also just get better looking, that’ll help the most

Just expose yourself to more social situations and stop viewing girls as if theyre some superior beings, if you view them as peers (or view yourself as their superiors) youll find it a bit easier to talk to them. Girls dont have any power over you if you dont give them it by being socially awkward
