What minoxidil does is increase blood flow in the capillaries. Minoxidil would probably give you good results.

I've been using it for the last 3 months, but it didn't have the effect I was expecting—though it did help a little. My eyebrows used to be terrible, so I'm thinking about minoxidil. As a poor high school student, I can't keep buying minoxidil just to keep my eyebrows, but anyway, how can I make the slant of my eyes look more attractive? I want to be more attractive.
