my infras aren’t recessed but I have weak collagen that gives me eyebags and I’m using volufuline and vitamin c to add fat and improve coloring any other suggestions?

Under-eye hollows are mostly genetic, not "weak collagen". No topical will magically rebuild that area. Retinoids, sunscreen and peptides can help maintain what you have. Sleep, diet and hydration matter too. For real volume you need fillers or fat transfer, not some volufiline cope. Ask a derm. - ethan santana
