How to improve zygos no filler no implants

Im 16 and want better zygo projection, would marpe or lefort 1 fix them because im meant to be getting one of them when i turn 18. Dont want to get fillers or implants btw

Implants retard, why would u get a Lefort 1 and not take the opportunity to add zygomatic implants while they are already performing a procedure.

Might cost more but at least you kill 2 birds with 1 stone
