How to improve zygos?

Is there anything to do for improving zygos besides bonesmashing? I still don't trust bonesmashing enough as an adolescent bc there's no evidence for bone growth besides those bs tiktokers. Any advice appreciated

bonesmashing works though i had seen results from my chin alone i gained little bit of permanent zygo growth but im a lazy nigga to do it on the zygos and its harder to cause swelling there but if you want other alternatives then its gonna be implants fillers are shit on zygo

can i lie my way into getting one? I genuinely believe i have a narrow palate from various symptoms but my dentist said it wasn't narrow but i also have an ortho consultation coming up n im getting xrays done for invisalign

below 40mm is narrow you can bite a thick sheet of paper to leave the marks and then try to measure it

yea i did just look up all the of the symptoms of a narrow palate and then rep me. should work
