i smoke, eat like shit, and i dont work out the only exercise i get is jiu jitsu i also have a deepbite/ over bite. any tips or suggestions are appreciated i am opposed to gear and peptides.

okay so what are you asking it looks like you already said all your issues, go fix that first
 
really high potential. all of your problems that you listed - fix. then getting smashed up in jiu jitsu is amazing

yea quitting smoking is definitely gonna be heard but ive been tapering down usage i used to smoke like 3-6 grams a day now im at like 3 bowls and ive been trying to eat wholer foods instead of fast food everyday

theres this whistle i keep forgetting the name of that really helps reduce the temptation of smoking - it goes around your neck and you would just puff on it like a blunt

yea i think ive seen that online im also addicted to nicotine so ill deff try it thank you
