You have a pretty decent face tbh, not really any noticeable asymmetries. However since the picture is taken from a distance I cannot give you an honest opinion or recommend any surgical treatments. Also it looks like you don't work out so I would start hitting the gym if I were you. I recommend a PPL split over an upper/lower but that is up to you and how many days you can be in the gym every week. I would also recommend you to grow out your hair more and see if it fits your face. I think it will. How tall are you? That would be all, good luck!
