How to improve

First post on here,
Atm i need to fix my facial coloring, I have overall white spots around my nose that mess up my coloring in some photos. How can i fix that besides tinted sunscreen? I don't got a crazy amount of bone mass, its pretty normal but noticeable but when i take photos i usually just take them when bloated. Also, I want to know my rating. (Fifth image was to show straight teeth cuz thats pretty important)
