Eat a diet high in fats go lift weights and sleep well or just take testosterone but I don't think you want to do that without constant blood work and an ai

You could but bc of the height concern you have i would keep it natural bc even if you controlled your e2 perfectly then testosterone would speed up gp fusion leading to less growth so do it natural. Also please rep the posts of mine under your thread
