Unlike steroids, SARMs are strictly anabolic. It's the high androgenic rating of exogenous hormonal agents that contribute to noticeable/significant changes in bone size. Anabolism is mostly good for building muscle and in turn, your BMD. It would be futile to hop on SARMs expecting significant or even noticeable changes in your your bone size. The most it'd change is your bone mass density and while that's certainly a great thing, it doesn't address our main concern which is aesthetics. Steroids (DHT-derivatives in particular) on the other hand are quite androgenic while boasting a high anabolic rating too. I think most of us would be much better off cycling androgen-derivatives like roids than SARMs.you may have heard of SARMs, they actually stand for selective androgen receptor modulators, but typically target speceific tissues. a lot of people hate on SARMs and they respond very differently to everybody and have potential risks compared to other substances and pharmaceuticals.
Best you can do to help androgen receptors is to avoid shit that actually suppress their activity and effects... like BPA which acts as a very strong androgen receptor antagonist and foods like soy.
Some studies show that L-carnitine also enchances androgen receptors.
"We detected significant antiestrogenicity in 13 of 18 products. 16 samples were antiandrogenic inhibiting the androgen receptor by up to 90%.".

Identification of putative steroid receptor antagonists in bottled water: combining bioassays and high-resolution mass spectrometry - PubMed
Endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) are man-made compounds interfering with hormone signaling and thereby adversely affecting human health. Recent reports provide evidence for the presence of EDCs in commercially available bottled water, including steroid receptor agonists and antagonists...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
"In conclusion, we found that consumption of isoflavone-rich soy protein for 6 mo lowered AR expression levels in the prostate."
"We also reported that 2 g of elemental carnitine being supplied by LCLT increased androgen receptor content at rest and enhanced testosterone levels after resistance exercise."
