ive been lifting for around 6 months and I'm benching about 185 but I want to improve my program as much as possible, what splits/lifts/bench program has helped you the most in terms of bench? I cant do any drugs cus I'm a pussy and a broke teen.

start with bench first
carb up before gym
eat 100 above your maintenance
microload weight every session
note your lifts
recover properly

carb up and add just a tiny amount of weight more each time

bench press is the one of the hardest exercise progressive overload-wise

Aside from general muscle optimization(frequency, fatigue, volume) master technique and develop Neural adaptations,

And to maximize those things you can change between different variations of bench press, to help with different part of range of motions
for example if your hardest part on bench is on top range of motion, try changing it to more triceps dominant bench press(keep hands close to body)

This is power lifting tactic but if you don't wanna prioritise bench this much just do it as frequently as possible with highest recoverable volume with standardised technique

if u don't care about muscle growth, get into strongman workouts. You will definetly increase the amount of weight but might not look like it

Many people add a lot to their bench by focusing harder on incline bench. Try to figure out which muscle group is giving out first. If it’s your triceps hit your triceps more than 1 time a week. If it’s your chest focus on the whole chest not just benching. Do flys, incline, smth to hit your lower chest I don’t like decline bench I prefer to cute cables.

who the fuck gives a shit about increasing bench press
how is this an actual goal in your life? what does it change?

Understand it's a pointless goal (unless you're trying for powerlifting career/competition). It's the most male gaze focus you can have at the gym. Wamen don't care at all and if they do they look like Schwarzie with hag tits.

Pick up the dumb bells do reps and come to the realization that it's much better. Finally, like my post with "Love it".
