ICD: 27.69mm
IPD: 65mm
PFL: 33mm
bizygo: 144mm

using the formula for ES ratio ipd/bizygo. My ES ratio is 0.451

So if you can visualise it then you will see my situation is very weird, combined with the fact I have a narrow/thin nose that's also long.

Ideal IPD is 68, meaning I have to increase my ICD from 27.69 to 30.69 which puts me at normal ICD levels

Ideal ES ratio 0.45-0.47

68/X = 0.45. X = bizygomatic width = 151mm (+7mm increase of bizygo)

68/X = 0.47. X = bizygomatic width = 144mm (same bizygo as mine)

So to get a +3mm increase in IPD what do I need to do? what surgery? Any cope methods I can try to even increase by 2mm?

For softmaxxes I think I know some but I'm going to lengthen eyebrows even more, train neck so its thicker, fix hollow eyes, get shorter hair on sides or reduce weight on sides. Anyone know more softmaxxes that are akin to this? One hack is wearing hoodies since its hides both sides of face

Dm me if you want pictures I will be happy to send

hoodie vs no hoodie. I think lengthening eyebrows, tighter sides with new haircut will have same effect

your ipd looks fine not enough to be a huge failyo. and if you are still concerned make your eyelashes go to the outside making them look wider

Your ESR is ideal. You're fine, stop being so perfectionist

Besides, the average ICD/IPD is actually lower than those ideal numbers
"The average interpupillary distance is 60–62 millimeters (mm), which corresponds to an intercanthal distance of approximately 30–31 mm."

Looks normal to me
As long as it has decent harmony with the rest of ur face

my ICD is 27.69mm bro. Still need it to be at least 30mm which puts my PFL at 68mm (3mm increase)

If your ICD is 27.69 and your pfl 33, in theory, your ipd should be around 60-61mm

if it’s really 65mm and you measured it correctly, that means that your medial canthus is quite large

that’s not a bad thing, and it’s probably why your icd looks a bit narrow in the first place

Imo you should just leave your eye area as is, when it comes to hardmaxxing. Maybe consider palate expansion since it sometimes increases ipd by a few mm, but only if you really want it. Your ratios are fine.

exactly. I have the same exact ES ratio, but 62mm IPD and my eye spacing looks just fine. Giant agrees, too.
