I have a condition leading to worse overall blood flow as soon as it s not warm, sometimes even with good weather leading to cold and pink hands/feet, overall cold feeling etc. What are ways to bloodflowmax? Im tired of waiting 8 months of the year for the other 4 where I am comfortable

I also cant just move to a hotter country bc of my job

No not really, I just try to keep myself as warm as possible. Also I use Cialis from time to time
I planned on using cialis/tadalafil too as a short-term solution.

I have a lot of symptoms of anemia during the winter, mostly pale white hands and feet. In summer, especially when it's really hot and humid I feel a lot more healthy and I have high vascularity in my arms.

In 2 months I will have a blood test where I test the usual CBC (complete blood count), iron levels and a bunch of other things. Also test for any thyroid issues.
One cause of anemia could be low iron which is the easiest one to fix. So I'm taking iron supplements and eating lots of liver now (have to be careful to not overdose).
I have (mild) asthma but don't take any medication for it. The lungs are moving oxygen into the bloodstream, but typically asthma isn't causing low oxygen levels. Although there can be exceptions.

If nothing works I think I will plan to move to a place with hotter climate because that seems to fix it.

You should try testing for rheumatic stuff too like antinuclear antibodies, specifically Raynauds. But yeah moving to hotter places is a great idea, unfortunately I cant do it the next few years, wish I could move to southern Europe or Balkans

For better vaso-elasticity you take folic acid.

Also consider cinnamon, fatty fish and garlic for better blood flow in general. Should be pretty easy to integrate that in your daily routine with supplementation. I eat raw garlic every day btw.
