Beef liver is good you could make spaghetti bolognese and grind a decent amount of beef liver into the sauce and it wont affect the taste if your cutting you could still make the sauce and it with nothing else its still delicious add raw cheddar or swiss (zinc) if it starts to get boring

Just workout (Calisthenics preferably) 3x a week, eat lots of meat and drink milk, just water stuff really. But don't listen to fucktards who tell you to do tard-smashing (Bonesmashing). It doesn't work and they are probably just trolls trying to get an innocent kid like you hurt.
