How to increase bonemass

I have an insane babyface and no matter how much I debloat or lose weight it doesn’t solve the problem (of course it helps but not ideal). I figure it’s a bonemass problem, so how do I increase it? I’m 18 in one month so I am getting x-rays of my growth plates next week to see if they are closed (like I don’t already know they are closed fml). Is there any point in blasting hgh if they are closed, or is test or something else the best option?
