I am in good shape and have a good amount of muscle. However to maintain this physique and weight I eat maybe 2k calories a day. I don’t feel like this is enough. I genuinely can eat and want to eat 3k+ calories a day but then I get fat. How do I make my calorie maintenance higher and keep a good physique?
