i'd rather be low DHT and high T than high DHT and low T personally. T is more related to libido and the ability to build muscle mass. DHT does absolutely nothing except make you LOOK more stereotypically manly. functionally tho, the hype about it is bullshit.

studies were done on this and on seventh day of abstaining from masturbation/ejaculation, testosterone peaked, but after that flattened out and there was no significant increase

just implement good habits in your life and it will increase naturally to it's max. Habits such as 8 hours of good quality sleeping every day, gymmaxing five times a week at least, DO NOT eating soy based food (no, that is not cope, totally true), this includes seed oil, always use olive oil. And always make sure to check if something you're eating have an advise on the packaging that says "contains soy derivatives". Do not eat anything any mint based food and stuff like that, and try eating at least 1g of protein for each Lb you weight. So if you're a 150Lb men, eat 150g of protein every day, and always prefer eating real food such as red meat, fish and eggs, instead of protein powders (they're not villains, but avoid them). AND nofapmaxxing. not cope.
Prioritize gym, sleep and food and you'll max your dht. If you're on your limit, fuck everything and use steroids.
