How to increase hair density?

Been on fin for a while my hairloss pretty much stopped my hairline is fine idgaf abt it but around the middle of my scalp my hair is very thin thinking abt using oral minoxidil is there a way to not get bloated? Also what about PRP for hair density while on fin can it regrow some of my thinner spots?
