I eat clean food every day
Sleep very well
I go to the gym
Sprinting occasionally
I do stretches
Good posture during the day
I sleep on my back
I also supplement with
Magnesium
Vitamin B12
Vitamin D (only when I need it)
Creatine
Protein
Zinc (should I take the whole capsule bc the thing I do it's I cut it and it's a powder Soo what I do it's that I put the powder on a glass bottle with water and drink it should I stop doing that and drink the whole capsule or not bc I hear if I take very much zinc it can affect me negatively)
Omega-3
I also eat no flavor gelatine for collagen
And that's it If sm1 can give good advices for testosterone, height growth, and bone mass I would appreciate it :)

Yeah I noticed work 8 months ago I was like 1.61 and I was a fatty bitch that had no discipline and had shit habits but I change it and I rlly noticed very much changes but I want more specifically on testosterone and bone growth

this guy's an idiot don't listen to him. no one hits their "genetic potential" at 14, you have plenty of time left. also you're doing almost nothing compared to what you could be. very evil to try and destroy the motivation of a 14 year old.

so you've grown 4 inches in 8 months, that means you're at a growth spurt. you should be doing everything possible to increase GH. look at my post history for ideas, I'll give some below as well.

Consider MK677 and an AI, these would make the biggest difference. If you can afford it, fresh raw colostrum and royal jelly. there are plenty of other ways to increase GH, research. sprints and weightlifting good, make sure you're appropriately nourished.

cut the omega 3 and avoid all PUFA. don't supplement melatonin. make sure it's a bioavailable form of zinc you're supplementing, don't be afraid of overdoing it on the Vitamin D, take K2 MK4 with it.

you are just 14 chill bro i swear your bone mass and all that shit will hit with the puberty suprt i had the same problem i was chopped shi and then my puberty changed everything with also helping my t-levels

Why do I need to cut Omega-3 and don't supplement with melatonin y jus get melatonin yesterday and I feel my sleep was better I also quit all screens 1 hour ago before sleep but why do I need to cut these things?

Melatonin inhibits sexual differentiation / development, and the science supporting omega 3 supplementation is bad similarly to the anti beef / anti saturated fat and cholesterol stuff. also majority of omega 3 supplements are rancid, and all PUFA oxidises easily in the body and outside

Im taking only 0.5-1 mg of melatonin, it's ok or should I completely cut it and the Omega 3 in cutting it completely ty

And the supplement it's 10000 per capsule I don't think taking 10x the amount on vitamin D shouldn't be ok? Or yes? Idk lol
