I eat clean food every day
Sleep very well
I go to the gym
Sprinting occasionally
I do stretches
Good posture during the day
I sleep on my back
I also supplement with
Magnesium
Vitamin B12
Vitamin D (only when I need it)
Creatine
Protein
Zinc (should I take the whole capsule bc the thing I do it's I cut it and it's a powder Soo what I do it's that I put the powder on a glass bottle with water and drink it should I stop doing that and drink the whole capsule or not bc I hear if I take very much zinc it can affect me negatively)
Omega-3
I also eat no flavor gelatine for collagen
And that's it If sm1 can give good advices for testosterone, height growth, and bone mass I would appreciate it :)

Gym will stunt your development, creatine makes you hold more water than needed , sprinting stresses the body, stress is bad for development
I agree that stress is bad for development. however sprinting is the least stressful form of exercise and is hormonally very beneficial, especially for a teenager. creatine is clearly a net positive and the water retention thing mainly occurs in muscle tissue, which is good. there's no evidence that working out in the gym / sprinting, if recovery and nutrition is managed properly, does anything but promote height growth.

thats literally tall height for that age
just wait 2 years till u grow more u will 100% reach at least 180cm so ur good

Hey I have a vitamin d supplement but I hear that for my age the amount of vitamin D I need it's around 800-1200
And the supplement it's 10000 per capsule I don't think taking 10x the amount on vitamin D shouldn't be ok? Or yes? Idk lol
yes that's a fine amount. I take 10-15k IU most days personally. ideally have some k2 with it.
 
Im taking only 0.5-1 mg of melatonin, it's ok or should I completely cut it and the Omega 3 in cutting it completely ty
cut omega 3 and all PUFA completely, very important.

I recommend cutting the melatonin completely as well. for sleep try:

- magnesium glycinate
- glycine
- l-theanine

yes MK can influence insulin sensitivity, but very rarely leads to real issues in young people. growth promoting effects clearly worth the tradeoff.

AI does not cause hair loss. E2 is known to terminate hair growth and T to promote it, including in scalp. nuking E2 to 0 has negative effects including perhaps on the brain, but I'm suggesting lowering it substantially but not to 0. blood tests necessary. aromatase inhibitors are known to slow growth plate closure.

Vitamin d only causes hypercalcemia in the absence of K2. obviously supplements including mineral supplements need to be balanced.

all PUFA including omega 3 is anti thyroid and stress promoting on a cellular level. omega 6 is not essential for development - that claim is based on a very poorly designed animal study, in which the PUFA depleted group also has multiple micronutrient deficiencies, such as B6, which are sufficient to explain the negative effects observed.

most omega 3 supplements are rancid, and even those that aren't oxidize quickly in the body.

PUFA / seed oil consumption over time tracks almost 1:1 with increased obesity rates in the US population since 1960.
