How to increase height and geomaxxing

I'm literally 180-181.5 cm tall. I walk down the street and don't feel like I'm 180 cm tall. I'm literally average height, even though I live in the Asian part of Russia. I've also been to Korea and it's not particularly noticeable that I'm "above average." Are there any ways to reach 185 cm without surgery? My dad is 180 cm, and my mom is 160 something.

a 5cm difference isnt huge and noticeable anyway when youre in crowds since the average in korea is about 175cm

you pay taller people too much attention thats why you dont feel as tall as you are. wear height boosters + boots for softmaxx

be thankful that you even made it to 180 and also do masai jumps and you will reach 300cm+

idk,i live in siberia and dont have a lot of money, but doesn't hgh just speed up the maturation process and not magically make you 2 meters tall.

If u mutated late or dont have beard, there is still a chance that testosterone hasnt hit that hard, you can grow until 21. I would say, if you were a lot less taller 2 years ago, you have decent chance for 185cm

idk as for late growth, my beard and other body hair are practically nonexistent. Two years ago, I was 5'8"-5'9", so I don't think that's a big growth spurt, plus I don't have any tall relatives.

idk as for late growth, my beard and other body hair are practically nonexistent. Two years ago, I was 5'8"-5'9", so I don't think that's a big growth spurt, plus I don't have any tall relatives.

Neither do I have tall relatives, but I got insane late growth at +18. It just may be that ur testosterone levels are not that high, I would suggest that 183cm is very real to hit for you
