How to increase igf 1

I am looking to increase my igf 1 levels in order to reach my maximum psychical potential. I am not talking about height btw(I am already 6’1) but in muscle mass. My body’s ability to build muscle mass is utter shit. I’ve been lifting for 2 months and barely any results. I am open to roiding so feel free to put any suggestions there. I don’t care if it’s natural or unnatural I just want results.

Inject igf1 lr3 and des.

U should be injecting 100-120 mcg igf1 lr3 everyday. Also,order igf1 des, since igf1 lr3 gets desenetized in 2 weeks. Inject lr3 for 2 weeks,then switch to igf1 des at 100 mcg 3x a day. If u can't do it thrice a day,inject 250 mcg igf1 des once a day for 2 weeks. Them switch back to igf1 lr3 and then to des and repeat this cycle over and over again. Igf1 des should be ideally injected 3 times a day because of his short half life
