Unless you are child no. Baseline IQ score measured by tests like WAIS or Raven's Matrices is set in stone but you could still mental exercises for something called fluid and crystalline intelligence which can be improved with practice. Google it

Increase VCI by reading a lot of books and memorizing vocabulary. That should raise your VCI by around 5-6 points. Dual-N-Back might have positive effects on fluid intelligence and working memory, but the evidence is not conclusive enough to make a definitive conclusion. Continuing to educate yourself will maybe increase your IQ a few points (GK or General Knowledge). Maybe you can try taking some nootropics too.

Otherwise, continuing to exercise, getting good sleep, and eating well, will stabilize your IQ for years to come. At most though, I’d say you can increase your IQ up to around 5 points, given that IQ is based mostly on genetics.

Having a high IQ definitely helps, but career success is more based on conscientiousness, extraversion, skills, connections, and risk-taking.

I suck at school

Doesn’t really say much. I have an IQ around 130, but I don’t have a high GPA in college. Sure, smarter people are usually going to do well in school, but that doesn’t mean that other factors such as conscientiousness, neuroticism, socioeconomic background, can’t come into play. It’s situational though. For all I know, you could be struggling in school because of low IQ, or it could be an issue with work ethic.

Ofc. IQ isn't thr end it be all. I have already said this before. A low IQ person can still be very knowledgeable.IQ just measures problem solving and your ability to learn, grasp and see things beyond the obvious.

He’s smart for sure, but probably a high-functioning autistic. This leads him to be very analytical, but be unable to pick up on certain emotional nuances, which leads him towards certain flawed conclusions. But then again, I’m mildly autistic too, so I can’t really say anything.

Just train it, do many IQ tests, read the solutions and explanations and you will start to notice that a lot of problems and puzzles are very similar, so it will get more and more easy to solve them...However, this doesn't mean your life will improve in any way, you'll just get good at solving puzzles, that's pretty much what IQ tests measure anyway.
