How to increase lip width

How can i widen lips without spending tons of money on surgery. is the only way a palette expander or do micro tears work?

SARPE if u have a narrow palate and past 16
lip widening devices otherwise (works according to a few users)

i just measured and my palette is easily 3.8-4.0 cm. my lip width is about 3.8-3.9cm. so i dont really think a palette expander would help because isnt 3.8-4.0 cm considered normal/wide enough? can you tell me what to look up for the lip widening devices
