How to increase muscle but stay lean

I couldn't care less of looking big.
Niggas think foids would like to date Loox or Clavicular, these guys would slay harder with less muscle. Too much muscle makes you look low IQ and ONS only. I just wanna be ripped when I take my shirt off and have a decent muscle size without making my proportions look more compact.
