but they defo do work it’s simple hyoertrophy
just train them close to faliure

Like almost 1 month my neck is 35cm jfl I measured it yesterday again it’s almost 36.5 now so it’s growing pretty small

I just do two sets of weighted neck curls and reverse weighted neck curls 15-20 rep range saw pretty good improvement gonna increase the volume soon
