When I talk I realize that I don't have the exact words that would spare me giving the definition of such words and would make my speech sound more fluent. How can I increase it. When writing I usually look for synonyms in google, but those don't see to stick in my mind. How can I learn tjhose more technical and specific words that are not usually used in day to day speech but are usefull when explaining detailed topics. Of course there is vocabulary that is topic dependent but there is also vocabulary that is useful for any kind of speech.

So when you meet people you don't use words or anything? Won't having a wider vocabulary help you out?

Normal words, not autistic tryhard pretentious shit

Read stuff that uses high vocabulary, you will have to use a dictionary and force yourself to learn it

But doesn't it make you seem more intelligent using larger words? Don't you want to get your point across with better vocabulary?

Problem is that sometimes using one word seems like you don't really understand the topic plus one word that carries on itself a whole concept is easier than trying to explain with your own words and to be understood. Plus if you are writing something then it is even more important to spare on unnecessary bulk
Besides, tryhard is better than sounding 2 digit iq commoner npc

Read books. I recommend Dune and The Shadow of the Torturer. 2 of my favorite books of all time.

You don’t have to use complex vocabulary words to appear intelligent. If you are in high school or university, participate in class. The more you speak up in class, the more people think you know the answers. Of course, with anything, avoid overdoing it.

Read. But let it happen naturally. Trying to sound smart will make you sound idiotic.

Having high IQ friends and not reading threads on .org may also help.

Incorporate PSL lingo into your vocabulary

I strongly encourage you to begin your literary journey sooner than later. Trust me when I say that it WILL change your life for the better.
