How to increase pfl?

I'm from east asia and my pfl is dogshit, is there any way to increase it?

I've already frauded it with a longer eyebrow, but my ratio between the length and the height of the eye is around 1.4, idk what to do.

Will cutting my outer canthus help?

The problem is that my whole face doesn't really look asian, I'm from the northeast Russia, so my maxilla is somewhat projected and wide enough, but my eyes don't even look close to typical asians the pfl is just short
