No your goal with surgery should be to improve your ratios. Some ratios are unfixable though like fwhr, es, nose length/middle third length. A good lower third is the result of good ratios/angles + angularity/low bf
good ratios= harmony and every single ratio should be ideal. one deformity like long midface or bad ipd can destroy your whole face and can't be fixed by anything.
